Umar Manzar, a seasoned finance executive with over 15 years of international experience, is a valuable
asset as a Fractional CFO and Strategic Financial Advisor. With expertise in financial planning & analysis,
corporate finance, budgeting, and stakeholder management, Umar brings a wealth of knowledge to his
role.
During his tenure as a Director at UBS AG, Umar successfully led a global finance team, overseeing a
business division with a value exceeding $300 million. Notably, he spearheaded the implementation of a
cost-saving initiative that resulted in net savings surpassing $2 billion. Umar also gained valuable
experience at DHL, Switzerland, where he oversaw risk and opportunity reporting, conducted M&A due
diligence processes, and managed intra-Europe investment projects.
Currently, Umar serves as the primary finance and accounting resource for technology-based, SAAS, and
professional services companies in North America. His strong academic background, with a degree in
Business Administration and a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charter holder, coupled with advanced
Excel skills and extensive financial modeling experience, enables Umar to provide exceptional insights
